PLEASE NOTE OUR HOLIDAY CAMP SET UP HAS CHANGED THIS YEAR AND WE WILL BE RUNNING THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF HOLIDAY CAMP DAYS –
Half Day Camp (ages 3 & 4) which will run from 9am – 1pm – cost £25.00
Gymnastics Camp Days (ages 5 – 12 years) which will run from 9am – 4pm and cost £45
Trampoline Camp (ages 5 – 16 years) which will run at Hazlemere only from 1 – 4pm on each camp date and cost £20.00
Tumble & Tramp Camp (ages 7+) which is for advanced gymnasts (by invite only) and will run in Marlow only from 1 – 4pm on each camp date and cost £20.00
SIBLING DISCOUNT – There is a 10% discount for a second sibling being booked into the same camp, just use the promo code SIBLING when booking in. Please note this discount is for siblings from the same household only and not to be used for cousins or friends etc.
LUNCHES – please provide your child with a snack and a packed lunch (no nuts) for Pre-School Camp and Gymnastics Camp Days. There is also a hot lunch option that you can book with Smiffy’s Cafe at HYC for our Hazlemere Camps.

PLEASE NOTE: There are also now multi-bookings options for holiday camps where discounts are available for pre-booking 6 camp sessions. These sessions can be used to book the same child into 6 of the same type of camp sessions throughout the whole of 2026. Your child will also receive either a free Springbucks T-shirt or scrunchie.
Places are given on a first come, first served basis and camps tend to book up fast so please book in asap to avoid disappointment.
BOOKING INTO CAMP: CAMP BOOKINGS NOW OPEN
If your child / children are not current members of Springbucks Gymnastics Club please click Register Your Child on the black tool bar at the very top of the page and fill in our club registration form. You will then be emailed your child’s registration number that you need to book in and pay for the place via the website shop.
To book your child onto our latest Holiday Camp click on SHOP on the top menu then click on HOLIDAY CAMPS, select the week of camp and then the session days and camps you want, enter your child’s registration number and add to your basket, then pay using your card or a pay pal account. If you have any problems booking on please email the club office for help at springbucksgc@gmail.com. If the session you want is not coming up on the shop front it means that session is fully booked.
REFUNDS FOR CAMP PLACES
We are able to do a full refund for holiday camp places up until a week before the start of your childs camp session (i.e. 9am on the first day of camp). After that we are only able to refund places that then happen to be resold to other children and there is a £5 admin fee for all holiday camp refunds to cover the admin time.
